The arrangement will enable Tier 3 to provide its customers with access to Limelight’s global content delivery platform, which uses advanced software and a network-based architecture to increase the performance of web sites and rich media content.

• LimelightSITE – a service that accelerates the performance of entire web sites, including static, dynamic, cacheable, and un-cacheable content
• LimelightHD – builds on LimelightDELIVER and LimelightSTREAM service suites, leveraging the same robust network to speed delivery of HD video to customers’ screens
