NovAtel Inc. Announces GSA Contract Award

NovAtel Inc. (NASDAQ:NGPS), a precise positioning technology
company, announced that it has received a U.S. General Services
Administration (GSA) contract award, effective January 15, 2006.
The GSA is a central management agency that sets U.S. Federal
policy in areas including Federal procurement, providing a one-stop
shopping source to meet all Government purchasing needs. According
to Graham Purves, NovAtel's Vice President, Sales, "The GSA's
approved products and services are a reliable source for Federal
procurement groups, allowing them to complete purchases quickly and
efficiently by eliminating the contract bid process. With the GSA
contract award, NovAtel products are now available to all U.S.
Federal purchasers through an expedited ordering process." About
