Omniture, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMTR), a leading provider of online
business optimization software, today announced the immediate
availability of customers.omniture.com, a system for Omniture
customers and partners that provides unprecedented real-time
insight into the service performance of the Omniture environment
and a one-stop system for managing quality assurance, operations
and support issues.
Version 1.0 of customers.omniture.com includes the following
functionality:
- Standalone online help
- System status grid
- Omniture Help System access (including knowledge base, training
videos, documentation)
- Maintenance release schedules
- Create/Edit an incident (for Supported Users)
- View all incidents
- ClientCare known items (with work-arounds if available)
Access to customers.omniture.com can be gained through:
- Direct access by logging on to customers.omniture.com with
Omniture suite credentials
- From www.omniture.com and a direct link to
customers.comniture.com in the Resources menu
- From a direct link in the Help menu in the Omniture suite
- From a direct link from the Help section in the Omniture
suite
