Parlux And GUESS? Sign License Agreement FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Parlux Fragrances, Inc. announced today that it has entered into an exclusive license agreement with GUESS? AND GUESS? IP HOLDER L.P. to develop, manufacture and distribute prestige fragrances and related products under the GUESS? trademarks. The initial term of the agreement continues through December 2009.
