("SCO") (NASDAQ:SCOX), a leading provider of UNIX(R) software technology and mobile services, today announced it has received a letter on June 11, 2007 from The Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") indicating that the Company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4210(c)(4), which contains the $1.00 minimum bid price per share requirement for continued listing on Nasdaq. Previously, on April 23, 2007, the Company received a deficiency letter from Nasdaq indicating that the Company had failed to comply with the minimum bid price requirement of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive business days as required by the Marketplace Rules. During the subsequent compliance period provided under the Marketplace Rules, the closing bid price of the Company's common stock was at $1.00 per share or greater for at least 10 consecutive business days. Accordingly, the Nasdaq Staff has informed the Company that it has regained compliance with Marketplace Rule 4210(c)(4).
