On June 20, 2023, ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (“ServisFirst”) announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share, payable on July 10, 2023 to stockholders of record as of July 3, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
