Tectonic Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019 (the “2019 Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period because the Company requires additional time to make adjustments to its financial information, and the corresponding XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) Interactive Data Files for the financial statements and notes, to be included in the 2019 Form 10-K. The Company anticipates that it will require no more than the additional 15 days allowed to complete and file the 2019 Form 10-K.
