TheStreet.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSCM (TheStreet.com), a leading digital financial media company, and Newsweek Magazine announced today a content-sharing agreement that will use both media companies’ digital platforms and Newsweek’s print edition.

The agreement calls for TheStreet and its sister Web site MainStreet to provide stories to Newsweek which will be posted on www.Newsweek.com with annotation and links back to TheStreet.com and MainStreet.com. Newsweek will provide content to TheStreet for publication, annotation and links back to Newsweek.com and the print edition of the magazine will regularly feature content from TheStreet or MainStreet.
