On February 25, 2010, Volcom, Inc. (“Volcom”) issued a press release announcing information regarding its financial results for the completed
quarter and year ended December 31, 2009. In its press release, Volcom included non-GAAP financial measures, as defined in Regulation G promulgated by the Securities Exchange Commission. A copy of the press release is furnished as
