Verigy (NASDAQ: VRGY), a premier semiconductor test company, has been named THE BEST Test Equipment Supplier in China in a customer satisfaction survey conducted by semiconductor market research and analysis firm VLSIresearch.

Among all suppliers of automated test equipment, Verigy received the highest ratings in 10 of the 13 survey categories. The categories were uptime, build quality, usable throughput, quality of results, product performance, process support, field engineering support, spares support, support after sales and technical leadership.

VLSIresearch's annual Customer Satisfaction Survey on Chip Making Equipment was distributed to more than 34,000 people in the semiconductor-manufacturing industry worldwide, with responses from China representing 13.7 percent of all responses.
