EY today announced that CEO Jim Preuninger of Amber Road (NYSE:
AMBR), a leading provider of global trade management (GTM)
solutions, received the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ 2014 Award in
the Technology category in New Jersey. The award recognizes
outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and
extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial
performance, and personal commitment to their businesses and
communities. Jim Preuninger was selected by an independent panel of
judges, and the award was presented at a special gala event at the
Hyatt Regency New Brunswick on Thursday, June 26.

Jim Preuninger co-founded Amber Road and helped to define a new
industry - Global Trade Management (GTM). The firm grew from 16
employees in 2002 to well over 500 today, with offices and

recently completed its initial public offering in March 2014.
