Alford will remain in the Atlanta office in her new role. Alford's expertise includes working with plan sponsors in the design, implementation and administration of defined contribution plans including 401(k) and ESOPs. She has also been responsible for the development and marketing of Aon's integrated retirement services, working with alliance partners. In her new role, Alford will be responsible for account management and business development throughout the region. She will also have responsibility for talent management in the region.
