Guillermo Garcia, who joins Aon Consulting as a manager, has more than 15 years of experience in law enforcement, corporate security and high-tech investigations. Prior to joining Aon, Garcia was senior manager of corporate security for the Caribbean and Latin America at Lucent Technologies Corporate Security. He also served as a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Garcia has extensive experience conducting investigations involving computer forensics, internal corporate matters and risk assessments. Joseph Mykytyn, Jr., a director in Aon Consulting's IT Risk Consulting group, has more than 30 years of diverse technology, law enforcement and consulting experience. Most recently, Mykytyn has served in consulting and advisory roles with Fortune 50 corporations and with technology companies. He is a 20-year veteran of the Cobb County, Ga., Police Department, where he was responsible for high-tech investigations and assisted in creating the Cobb County High Tech Crime Unit. He was also assigned to the U.S. Secret Service's Electronic Crime Task Force. While in this capacity, he was recognized for his work in "Operation Cyberstrike."
