Services group, supporting clients in the southeastern United
States and Latin America. The service line is part of Aon
Consulting's Financial Advisory & Litigation Consulting

company also announced that Guillermo Garcia and Joseph Mykytyn,
Jr. have joined the IT Risk Consulting group. "The expansion of our
IT risk consulting services through the addition of Guillermo in
Miami and Joe in Atlanta broadens our reach in the areas of e-
discovery, high-tech investigations and IT security, while
providing regional clients with valuable insight and expertise,"
said Jerry F. Barbanel, executive vice president and co-global
leader of the Financial Advisory and Litigation Consulting Services
practice. Aon's IT risk consulting experts and consultants provide
law firms and corporations with the full suite of consulting
services, including electronic discovery, high-tech investigations
and information security services. The practice is equipped to
assist clients in a wide variety of cases ranging in size and
scope, including highly complex multi-national matters. "We are

Guillermo Garcia, who joins Aon Consulting as a manager, has more
than 15 years of experience in law enforcement, corporate security
and high-tech investigations. Prior to joining Aon, Garcia was
senior manager of corporate security for the Caribbean and Latin
America at Lucent Technologies Corporate Security. He also served
as a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
Garcia has extensive experience conducting investigations involving
computer forensics, internal corporate matters and risk
assessments. Joseph Mykytyn, Jr., a director in Aon Consulting's IT
Risk Consulting group, has more than 30 years of diverse
technology, law enforcement and consulting experience. Most
recently, Mykytyn has served in consulting and advisory roles with
Fortune 50 corporations and with technology companies. He is a
20-year veteran of the Cobb County, Ga., Police Department, where
he was responsible for high-tech investigations and assisted in
creating the Cobb County High Tech Crime Unit. He was also assigned
to the U.S. Secret Service's Electronic Crime Task Force. While in
this capacity, he was recognized for his work in "Operation
Cyberstrike." Mykytyn played an instrumental role in the creation
of Metro Tech, a regional consortium of private- and public-sector
organizations that integrates technology, information,
communication and other resources to interdict organized criminal
activity. He received the Atlanta Ivan Allen award from former U.S.
Attorney General Janet Reno for his role in establishing Metro
Tech. Garcia is based in Miami and Mykytyn is based in Atlanta.
