Besio, currently serving as Executive Vice President, Global Strategy, has taken on the additional role of Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, he takes responsibility for managing governance, human resources, and mergers and acquisitions, in addition to corporate strategy. Besio is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and earned a doctoral degree in the same discipline from Princeton University. He also holds a masters degree in business administration from the University of Chicago.
