He replaces Vincent Redier, who will continue to serve as Executive Chairman of Aon France, member of the executive board of Aon Risk Services (ARS), and Chairman of Aon Re Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA). Damien Guermonprez joins Aon on September 1st and will be a member of the ARS executive board. Under his leadership, Banque Accord launched operations in 10 additional countries including Russia and China, and increased its size five times. From 1995 to 1999 Guermonprez was Director-Financial Services, Case Europe and Managing Director and founder of Case Credit Europe, a European sales financing group.
