CHICAGO, Oct. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aon Consulting, the
global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corporation
(NYSE:AOC), announced today that Mark Arian has joined the firm as
executive vice president and leader of the Aon Consulting Corporate

his team will be responsible for helping clients shape strategies
in the areas of organization, benefits and talent, as employers
work through restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Arian brings more than 20 years of experience in helping clients
focus on human capital issues arising from transformations. He
joins Aon from Towers Perrin where he was the global change
management leader and practice leader for Mergers, Acquisitions and
Restructuring. Prior to Towers Perrin, he built and led Hewitt
Associates' Corporate Restructuring and Change business. "Mark is a
tremendous addition to Aon Consulting," said Kathryn Hayley, chief

in working with organizations worldwide in shaping their corporate,

District of Columbia. Arian joined Aon Consulting on Oct. 23, and
