Employed with Hewitt since 1993, Hiles also served as the Atlanta Market Manager and Southeast Market Group Leader. He led strategy and design projects at many Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profit organizations and governmental entities. Hiles is a frequent speaker at industry events and has published numerous articles on health care, benefits and reward program strategies.
