Explanation of Responses:
(1)  The original Form 4 is amended to correct the inadvertent under reporting of shares withheld to cover tax liability and the amount of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following the transaction. As a result of the inadvertent under reporting of shares withheld, the amount of shares beneficially owned by the reporting person following the transaction stated on the Form 4 filed on December 7, 2018 was also overstated by 4,710 shares.
