Cano Health, Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2023 (the “Q3 2023 Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period because of technical difficulties encountered at the time of filing. The Company’s Q3 2023 Form 10-Q was accepted for filing by the SEC on November 9, 2023 and within the five-day grace period provided by Exchange Act Rule 12b-25.
