REIT, Inc. (NYSE: CIO) announced today that its Board of Directors
declared a quarterly dividend of $0.235 per share for the second quarter of
2015. The dividend will be payable on July 17, 2015 to all common stockholders and
operating partnership unitholders of record as of the close of
business on July 3, 2015.
