the Russell 2000® Index upon Russell Investments'
reconstitution of its comprehensive set of U.S. and global equity
indexes on June 24, 2016. City Office
REIT has also been added to the Russell 3000® and
Russell Global indexes.
The Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers and
institutional investors for index funds and as benchmarks for
passive and active investment strategies. The Russell
3000® captures the 3,000 largest U.S. public companies
by market capitalization as of the end of May of each
year. The largest 1,000 companies in this ranking make up the
Russell 1000® and the next largest 2,000 companies
comprise the Russell 2000®. The Russell
