RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that today, 30th November
2023, it transferred to participants in its employee
share schemes 3,609
Ordinary Shares at a price of €23.39, and at prices between
£20.83 and £31.04, per Ordinary
Share.
Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 41,205,669 Ordinary
Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue
(excluding Treasury Shares) is 697,834,893.
