Dana Appoints Nick Stanage to Lead Commercial Vehicle Group

(NYSE:DCN) announced today that Nick Stanage has joined the company
as vice president and general manager of its Commercial Vehicle
Group. In this role, he will be responsible for leading Dana's

business in this important sector." Mr. Stanage comes to Dana from
Honeywell, Inc., where he most recently served as vice president
and general manager of the Engine Systems and Accessories division,
which is associated with the company's aerospace operations. He
began his career with Honeywell in 1986 as an engineer. His
subsequent roles at Honeywell included serving as marketing manager
for Aerospace Equipment Systems, director of Engineering and
Program Management, vice president of Operations, and vice
president of Integrated Supply Chain and Technology for the
company's Consumer Products Group, which produces a variety of
automotive products. He began his career as an engineer with Clark
Equipment Company. Mr. Stanage earned his undergraduate degree in
Mechanical Engineering at Western Michigan University and his
master's degree in Business Administration from the University of
Notre Dame. He is also a graduate of the executive leadership
program at the American Graduate School of International Management
