Eaton Names Uday Yadav Executive Vice President – Eaton Business System

Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN)
today announced that Uday Yadav has been named executive vice
president – Eaton Business System (EBS). Yadav will be located at
the company's headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, and will report to
Eaton's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Alexander M. Cutler.
Yadav succeeds Rich Holder, who has been named president –
Electrical Components in the company's Electrical – Americas
organization.
In this role, Yadav will be responsible for the processes that
support Eaton's integrated operating system, known as the Eaton
Business System. In addition, he will have responsibility for the
company's Lean manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain Management,
Environmental, Health and Safety, and Flight Operations
functions.

global experience to succeed in this key leadership role. I am

Most recently, Yadav was senior vice president and general
manager – Hydraulics, Asia Pacific. He joined Eaton in 1994 and has
held the roles of vice president – Supply Chain Management for the
Fluid Power Group, director and general manager of Eaton’s Global
Hose Division, local managing director for Eaton in India, as well
as leadership positions in the Automotive Fluid Connectors business
and the former Aeroquip's European Operations. Prior to joining
Eaton, he worked with Lucas Engineering and Systems in the U.K.
Yadav holds a double degree with honors in engineering and business
from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom.
