Eaton Acquires UK Safety Technology Manufacturer Oxalis Group Ltd.

Power management company Eaton (NYSE: ETN) today announced it
has acquired Oxalis Group Ltd. Headquartered in
Stratford-upon-Avon, United Kingdom, Oxalis manufactures
closed-circuit TV camera stations, public address/general alarm
systems and other electrical products for the hazardous area,
marine, and industrial communications markets. Terms were not
disclosed.

Oxalis employs approximately 40 people and has two manufacturing
sites in the United Kingdom.
