Capital Link will host its 3rd Annual Global Derivatives Forum next
Thursday, September, 8, 2011, in New York City. The program will
feature a distinguished list of speakers -- from analysts to senior
level executives and brokers -- who will provide a unique and
insightful perspective on commodity, energy, and freight
derivatives, as well as on the state of the global commodities and
shipping markets.
Senior executives from General Maritime Corporation (NYSE: GMR),

panelists and presenters. The Forum will conclude with an analyst

FORUM DESCRIPTION
As the global derivatives market undergoes further economic and
regulatory changes, the ability to effectively manage risks is
becoming paramount. The Forum focuses on derivatives in three
related areas, energy, commodities, and freight and also discusses
the underlying physical markets.
An afternoon event, an impressive roster of speakers and
panelists from shipping companies, clearing houses, and finance
firms will speak on the latest issues facing these markets.
Presentations by leading industry experts will cover coal
derivatives, energy derivatives, commodity derivatives, dry bulk
freight derivatives, the role of participants, volumes, liquidity,
and volatility in tanker derivatives, and FFAs against the backdrop
of the ISDA round up and regulatory world.
The 3rd Annual Global Derivatives Forum will offer a networking

KEYNOTE ADDRESS ON THE NEW LANDSCAPE OF
DERIVATIVES TRADING IN THE U.S. MARKETPLACE AFTER DODD
FRANK
Mr. Gregory Mocek, Partner and Head of Energy and Commodities
Enforcement Defense team at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP,
will present the keynote address on Dodd Frank's rulemaking and the
subsequent transformation of derivatives trading in the U.S.
marketplace.

Mr. Nicholas Dazzo, Client Relationships Management at Koch
Supply & Trading, LP, and Ms. Ebony Smith, Director of Price
Risk Programs at World Fuel Services Corporation will present on
energy derivatives, specifically crude oil / oil products
derivatives.
Ms. Isabella Kurek-Smith, Director and Head of Energy and
Freight Markets at LCH.Clearnet, will present on Commodity
Derivatives, focusing on Iron Ore, Steel and Fertilizers, and Mr.
Bernie Muich, CME Group's Associate Director, Client Development
& Sales, will present on Coal Derivatives.
