On October 12, 2023, Alan Howard, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Learn CW Investment Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of his
resignation from the Board, effective that same date. Mr. Howard’s decision to resign from the Board was not due to any disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
