NPN Nuveen Pennsylvania Municipal Value Fund

The Nuveen New Jersey Municipal Value Fund (NJV) and the Nuveen Pennsylvania Municipal Value Fund (NPN) will each transfer the listing of their common shares from the NYSE American to the NYSE, effective October 2, 2017. The intended goal is to enhance the secondary market trading of each funds’ common shares for the benefit of shareholders.
