Bourse operator NYSE Euronext (NYX) suspended the calculation of its European indexes between 8.12 GMT and around 8.50 GMT due to a "technical incident", a spokeswoman said Thursday.

"The trading of shares continued normally, there was just a problem in the calculation of all the European indexes," she said, which has now been resolved.

Stock prices were accurate during the morning, she added.
