Panasonic Solutions Company, provider of collaboration, information-sharing and decision-support solutions for government and commercial enterprises, today announced the addition of two new 1-Chip DLP™ projectors with enhanced brightness to its best selling D6000 Series. The PT-DW730US and PT-DX800US have been engineered with a new lamp drive system for increased brightness while keeping its compact size and a new Eco Filter has been designed to minimize maintenance, making the projector perfect for use in higher education, museums and other demanding applications that require 24/7 hour operation.

The PT-DW730US features 7,000 lumens of brightness with WXGA resolution and the PT-DX800US delivers 8,000 lumens of brightness with XGA resolution. Both models can be purchased with or without standard lens. The PT-DW730US and PT-DX800US come equipped with standard lens. The PT-DW730ULS and PT-DX800ULS do not come with a lens but there are six different optional lenses to choose from. These new projectors are equipped with RGB Booster technology and Panasonic’s proprietary Lamp Modulation Drive system that work together to maximize image quality with vivid color reproduction and high brightness. In addition, the Detail Clarity Processor optimally enhances details within each frame to produce natural and sharp looking images while the exclusive System Daylight View™ 2 feature produces clear, well defined colors even in brightly-lit rooms.

The PT-DW730US and PT-DX800US projectors are equipped with a new Eco Filter that has been designed to last up to 12,000 hours before replacement and as a result, time and money spent on maintenance is reduced significantly. Both models are cooled by a high efficient liquid cooling system, which enables operation in temperature between 32-113 Fahrenheit (0-45 degrees Celsius). Our new Eco Filter together with a Liquid Cooling system and dual lamp configuration makes 24/7 operation possible and by using the lamp relay function, these 1 chip DLP™ projectors are ideal solutions for digital signage and government control command applications.

PT-DW730US and PT-DX800US projectors feature the same lamp used in Panasonic’s PT-D6000 and PT-DZ570 Series projectors. With Panasonic’s lamp standardization, IT departments that invested in both projectors can significantly reduce additional inventory costs and simplify stock management. When lamp replacement becomes necessary, the convenient lamp location in the rear of the projector means that the device does not have to be removed from a ceiling mount for upkeep.

For specialized applications that require projection onto extra wide screens, both models feature our Multi-Screen Support System. The Edge Blending function can blend adjacent screens creating smooth and seamless image. Color Matching function corrects for slight variations in the color reproduction range of individual projectors. The PC software assures easy, accurate control. Independent, 7-axis adjustment (red, green, blue, yellow, magenta, cyan, white) ensures high-precision colors and minimizes color variations.
