today announced the new JetForce™ MC-CL930 series of canister
vacuum cleaners. Featuring a compact, lightweight design, the
Panasonic MC-CL930 series uses the company's JetForce technology
which uses a unique hourglass-shaped dust container to capture dirt
with no loss of suction. The MC-CL930 vacuum cleaner series
is currently on display at the International Home + Housewares
Show, which starts today and runs through March 5 at McCormick Place in Chicago. Show attendees can visit the
Panasonic booth #L12505 Lakeside to see the company's complete line
of vacuum cleaners and home appliance products.
"Panasonic's new JetForce MC-CL930 series was designed to meet
the growing consumer demand for a smaller vacuum model that does
not sacrifice on cleaning power," said David Williams, Group Marketing Manager, Home

JetForce technology to create a compact vacuum, at just 16.5-inches
in body length, which packs a powerful punch against dust, dirt and
pet hair."
The Panasonic MC-CL930 canister vacuum series is equipped with a
unique dust-compression cup design that forces larger dirt
particles toward the bottom of the cup, keeping it away from the
filter so there will be no loss of suction. This is
particularly effective with pet hair. The vacuum's 9-stage
cyclonic technology offers long-lasting power and utilizes nine
cylinders for multicyclonic dirt separation resulting in cleaner
exhaust air. One main cylinder for large particle separation
and eight smaller cylinders for finer dust separation creates an
incredibly powerful system that helps maintain high
performance.
The MC-CL935 is equipped with a motorized Powermate Nozzle which
uses a dedicated agitator motor to deliver powerful, deep cleaning
action and also features a quick release, automatic height
adjustment and headlight. The MC-CL933 model is equipped with
an air turbine nozzle. Both models offer on-board tools
including a dusting brush and crevice tool. The Pet Turbine
Brush, available on the MC-CL935, quickly and easily removes
embedded pet hair from furniture and linens. A telescopic
wand makes it easy to clean a home from floor to ceiling, offering
users an extended access for hard-to-reach areas. Both models
in the MC-CL930 canister vacuum series use a HEPA Media Exhaust
Filter, which captures small particles such as allergens,
irritants, and pollutants and have a washable cup filter for easy
cleaning.
The series' sleek design is accentuated with the bold violet and
black (MC-CL935) and modern white and green (MC-CL933) colorblock
designs. The canister base uses a short wheel base and large
rear wheels to allow for tighter turns, making it easier to move
around furniture. Designed for quiet operation, the MC-CL930
series' canister features a long air path and strategic air exhaust
vent location to reduce operation
noise.
The Panasonic MC-CL930 Series will be available in fall of
