Prior to the integration Btnaccess was a wholly owned subsidiary of PCCW Limited (NYSE:PCW) and a leader in business class voice and data solutions, including Hosted PBX and MPLS VPN, with a large customer base including carriers, service providers and enterprises. The newly formed PCCW Global will immediately begin servicing existing customers and will be offering an expanded network and product suite to enterprise and wholesale customers around the world. The new business unit will maintain its corporate headquarters in Hong Kong and Herndon, VA. In addition to the US and Hong Kong locations, offices will be maintained throughout Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa.
