(the �Fund�) (NYSE: PHY), a diversified, closed-end management investment company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a distribution on its common stock of $0.1215 per share, payable on July 17, 2008, to holders of record as of July 17, 2008. This press release is not for tax reporting purposes but is being provided to announce the amount of the Fund�s distributions that have been declared by the Board of Directors.
