Republic Property Trust (NYSE:RPB) announced today that its Board
of Trustees declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.125 per
common share for the period commencing on April 1, 2007 and ending
on June 30, 2007. The distribution is payable on August 17, 2007 to
shareholders of record on August 3, 2007. The Company�s common
shares will begin trading ex-dividend on August 1, 2007. About
