Sibanye-Stillwater Ltd. on Wednesday reported that its platinum group metals and gold resources declined in 2021.

The mining company reported total PGM resources of 318.7 million ounces as of Dec. 31, down from 391.9 million ounces a year earlier. This included resources in the measured, indicated and inferred categories across both the Americas and Southern Africa operations.

Gold reserves, measured on the same basis, fell to 79.4 million ounces from 87.0 million ounces throughout the year.
