Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
Fourth Amendment to Credit Agreement
On May 25, 2021, Square, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into the Fourth Amendment to Revolving Credit Agreement, among the Company, the lenders that are party thereto, and Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as administrative agent (the “Amendment”). The Amendment amends the Revolving Credit Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2020, among the Company, the lenders that are party thereto, and Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as administrative agent (as amended, modified, or supplemented, the “Credit Agreement”).
The Amendment amends the Credit Agreement, among other things, to extend the maturity date of the loans advanced under the Credit Agreement to May 1, 2024.
