Gold Resources Inc. (TSX:GRC)(PINK SHEETS:GRSZF) today announced that it will
hold its 2011 annual meeting of shareholders at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 28,
2011, in Toronto. The record date for the annual meeting will be June 21, 2011.
Goldstone currently anticipates a June mailing for its management information
circular, which will include the location of the annual meeting, as well as a
description of the matters to be considered.
