to announce that all matters presented for approval at Treasury
Metals' annual meeting of shareholders held on May 21, 2014, have been duly authorized and
approved, as follows:

In total, 132 management proxies were received representing
18,950,149 common shares of the company.
Treasury Metals Inc. (TSX: TML) is a Canadian gold exploration
