Trimel Announces Voting Results for 2014 Annual General and Special
Shareholders' Meeting
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jun 12, 2014) - Trimel
Pharmaceuticals Corporation (TSX:TRL) today announced the voting
results from its annual general and special meeting held on June
12, 2014. The total number of shares represented in person or by
proxy at the meeting was 121,019,361, representing 74.19% of
Trimel's total issued and outstanding shares.
Shareholders voted in favour of the reappointment of the
auditors of the company, in favour of ratifying the amended and
restated by-laws of the company and voted as follows in connection
with the election of the directors of the company:
