Amerix Precious Metals Corporation (TSX VENTURE:APM)(FRANKFURT:NJGN) ("Amerix"
or the "Company") announced today that the Company has granted a total of
350,000 incentive stock options to an officer of the Company and consultants,
pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable for one
year at a price of $0.16 per share and vest immediately. The grant is subject to
regulatory approval.
