Bio-Extraction Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BXI) ("BioExx") is pleased to announce that it
has closed its previously announced Bought Deal Private Placement (the
"Offering"), sold by a syndicate of agents led by Canaccord Capital Corporation
and including Wellington West Capital Markets Inc., Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon
Limited, and Fraser Mackenzie Limited.


Including the exercise of the Agent's Option, the Offering consisted of
12,000,000 common shares at $1.25 per share for gross proceeds of $15,000,000.
The common shares sold pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four month
statutory hold period. BioExx intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering
to fund capital expenditures at the BioExx Saskatoon processing facility and the
proposed North Dakota processing facility and for general working capital and
corporate purposes.
