BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: BXI) ("BioExx" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed all prerequisite filings pursuant to its conditional Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") listing approval announced on January 11, 2010. Final approval has been received from the TSX and the Company's common shares are scheduled to commence trading on the TSX at the opening of the market on Friday, January 22, 2010. The common shares of the Company will continue to trade under its present symbol "BXI".
