("Curis" or the "Company") (TSXV: CUV) announced today that it has hired Mr. Dan Johnson as the Company's new Manager of Environment and Technical Services.  A native Arizonan, Mr. Johnson's career spans over 23 years of environmental management,  hydrological engineering and project management experience in the state's mining industry.  In his new role, Mr. Johnson will lead the Company's environmental, permitting and technical efforts at the Florence Copper Project, alongside Curis Vice President of Project Development Mel Lawson and the rest of the project team based in Florence, Arizona. Mr. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Arizona, and is a registered Geologist, Hydrologist, and Professional Engineer.  He is also certified in Wastewater and Water Distribution, MSHA/OSHA/Hazardous Waste Operations, Environmental Compliance and Management Systems, and Groundwater/Geochemical Modeling.
