(TSX-V: DEQ) ("DEQ" or the "Company"), a leading provider of table game bonusing, jackpot and loyalty solutions, announced today that it has hired ICR, a leading financial communications consulting firm specializing in investor relations and corporate communications, to conduct its investor relations.   ICR represents more than 275 companies in a variety of industry sectors and is the second-largest independent financial communications firm in the United States.  ICR recently held its 13(th) Annual ICR XChange in Dana Point, California, which saw more than 1,200 investors and analysts and 150 companies from various branded consumer industries attend.  Working directly with the management team of DEQ will be Mr. William Schmitt, who prior to joining ICR in 2006 was a leading gaming analyst on Wall Street with CIBC World Markets. The agreement with ICR is for a 12 month period, commencing on March 8, 2011. Under the terms of the agreement, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, ICR will receive a monthly cash retainer less than US$10,000 per month. ICR will be providing service to establish a meaningful dialogue with investors and a select group of sell-side analysts with the goal of increasing awareness of the company in the U.S. capital markets.
