Dynasty Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:DYG)(FRANKFURT:D5G) ("Dynasty" or the "Company")
is pleased to announce that Maurice A. Tagami, P. Eng., has joined its Board of
Directors effective immediately.

Chairman of the Board. "Dynasty will benefit from Maurice's experience and track
record in the industry as we are advancing current projects as well as
continuously evaluating new opportunities." 


Mr. Tagami is currently the President and CEO, and a Director, of Keegan
Resources Inc., a TSX-listed exploration and development company based in
Vancouver, BC. He was instrumental in advancing their Flagship Esaase gold
project in Ghana to pre-feasibility stage and raising over $200 million early
this year to develop it. Mr. Tagami has over 30 years of experience in the
mining industry and held a number of key executive and senior management
positions in junior exploration companies managing green field exploration
projects, as well as advanced mining properties prior to joining Keegan
Resources in July 2009. Mr. Tagami's worldwide exploration and mining experience
spread over regions that include North and South America, Australia, Papua New
Guinea, Asia and Africa. 


Additionally, the Company announces the granting of 750,000 stock options at
$0.10 per share exercisable over a five-year period to a director and an
officer. The stock options granted are subject to the TSX Exchange's approval
and the Company's stock option plan.


Ted Muraro has stepped down as a director. "We are very grateful to Ted's
contribution to the Company and wish him the very best for the future," stated
Ivy Chong, the President and CEO. Ted will continue to provide consulting
services to the Company.
