The Board of Directors of E-Energy Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: EEV)(FRANKFURT: D8F) (the "Company") wishes to announce that it has commenced a due diligence assessment of a potential acquisition of an interest in the business of a renewable energy company involved in the production of biofuels. The Company confirms that there is no agreement for such acquisition but anticipates that if the due diligence assessment results are satisfactory the Company will pursue and negotiate a purchase and sale agreement at that time.
