Essex Angel Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EXC) (the "Corporation") announces that it
has been granted an order by the Ontario Supreme Court of Justice extending the
time for the Corporation to call the annual meeting of its shareholders to
October 31, 2013. 


Neither TSX-V nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in
