Macusani Yellowcake Inc. (TSX VENTURE:YEL) - 

Peter Hooper, President of Macusani stated: "This study, which is an order of
magnitude study, will guide us as to the scale of which any operation must be in
order to be financially attractive. We are also modeling the drill results from
our initial 55 diamond drill holes and are currently progressing towards
completing a resource estimate."


Macusani Yellowcake has contracted GBM Minerals Engineering Consultants Limited
(GBM) to carry out this project.


GBM Minerals Engineering Consultants Limited ("GBM") is an independent firm of
engineering consultants specializing in assisting clients with the development,
design and construction of new mining projects and the refurbishment of existing
uranium, gold, base-metal, iron ore and industrial minerals ore processing
plants. They are experts in the design, engineering, project management,
procurement and construction of such plants and are currently providing
technical services to the mining industry in the Americas, Africa, Central Asia,
Russia, Europe, Australia and the Middle East.


GBM was formed in March of 1994 by the employees of a large North American
engineering consultant following the closure of that consultant's Mining
Projects Centre in London. The Centre had operated as a stable unit with the
employees and other consultants working together on international projects for
several years. GBM employs industry-qualified metallurgists, chemists, engineers
(chemical, mechanical, civil, structural, electrical), CAD designers and
procurement personnel - about 70 are in the London office (Engineering and
Procurement) and 30 on construction projects around the world (Construction
Management).


GBM has been certified by the British Standards Institution and deemed by them
to operate a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of
BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
