Glamis Resources Ltd. ("Glamis") (TSX VENTURE:GLM.A) (TSX VENTURE:GLM.B) is
pleased to announce the completion of its previously announced rights offering.
Under the rights offering, Class A shareholders subscribed for and purchased an
aggregate of 6.2 million Class A Shares at a price of $0.38 each resulting in
gross proceeds to Glamis of approximately $2.4 million.
