Golden Odyssey Mining Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:GOE) (PINK
SHEETS:GODYF) announced today that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to
extend the expiry date of the 1,039,966 outstanding warrants issued on March 26,
2007 to June 30, 2008 and to amend the exercise price to $0.15 per warrant.
